We do not keep any credit card information on file. All customer information is strictly used to process orders and to keep you informed in the most secure and efficient way possible. Your future business is very important to us and we intend to earn and keep your trust.
SECURITY:
Bo City Boys Cigars LLC, protects all customers ordering and their credit card information by using a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted so it can be processed securely. We have made it a priority to keep your information and shopping experience a safe one.
LEGAL:
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SELL TOBACCO PRODUCTS TO ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL WE SHIP TOBACCO PRODUCTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
SALES TAX:
All orders shipped to Florida addresses will be charged a 7% sales tax. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments going outside of Florida.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Bo City Boys Cigars LLC guarantees your complete satisfaction on every product we sell. We value our customers and want them to be satisfied with their purchase(s). However, tobacco is a product that is easily affected by improper handling and storage, either in-route or in your hands. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for changes in quality after you have our shipment in hand for more than 14 days. We will exchange or refund any merchandise in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please contact us for any exchanges or returns.
CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS & POLICIES:
We accept and process Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. We utilize AVS (address verification service) on all orders received & verify both the billing address & zip code. If either the address or the zip code do not match, we will attempt to verify the correct address via email and/or phone. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order without further notice as a protection for our company & credit card holders.
ORDER CONFIRMATION:
You will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your online order. This confirmation will list all items ordered, the amount of your order and the billing and shipping address. We will provide you with a USPS delivery confirmation number the day we ship your order. You will receive an email from us alerting you that the order was shipped with the tracking number.
SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS). At checkout you will have the option to choose your shipping method and our shopping cart will automatically calculate the shipping charges.
We charge the following rates for all USPS priority packages:
• $0.01 to $50.00 is ONLY $5.95
• $50.01 to $98.99 is ONLY $7.95
• Orders with a subtotal of $99 and over ship FREE!
• Due to our legal restrictions we are not able to ship outside the United States.
• Due to our high quality standards we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
ORDER SHIPMENT:
Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. Most orders leave our warehouse within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: There may be times when we need time to fulfill all or part of your order. When that happens, we will email you an estimated shipping date and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order or modify it by substitution of immediately available product of your choice.
